10th Circuit: Delivery Drivers Are Exempt From Overtime By Driving Intrastate

(April 26, 2016, 1:55 PM EDT) -- DENVER — Truck drivers who drive an intrastate leg of shipments in interstate commerce are exempt from receiving overtime pay, the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled April 21, affirming (Joe Deherrera, et al. v. Decker Truck Line, Inc., No. 15-1220, 10th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 7260).
