Judge Vacates, Remands Agent Orange Case; Evidence Suggests Exposure Occurred

(April 26, 2016, 1:12 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on April 22 vacated and remanded a case in which a veteran sought benefits for exposure to Agent Orange, ruling that the record of the case suggests that some of the plaintiff’s ailments may be linked to exposure to the chemical (Ronald Dennis v. Robert A. McDonald, No. 15-0606, Vet. Clms.; 2016 U.S. App. Vet. Claims LEXIS 584).
