Former Hockey Players Oppose Handing Over Examination Protocol

Mealey's (April 26, 2016, 10:53 AM EDT) -- MINNEAPOLIS — Former National Hockey League (NHL) players involved in the concussion injury multidistrict litigation say in an April 19 response that their doctor should not be compelled to give his protocol to the league in discovery because the players have given it everything it needs to know about the examinations and it does not need anymore (In re: National Hockey League Players Concussion Injury Litigation, MDL No. 14-2551, D. Minn.).
