New Jersey Federal Judge Denies Hotel’s Motion For $100,000 Judgment

Mealey's (April 26, 2016, 10:14 AM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on April 21 denied Travelodge Hotels Inc.’s (THI) motion for default judgment in a lawsuit alleging breach of a franchise agreement (Travelodge Hotels Inc. v. LC Star Inv. Co., et al., No. 2:15-cv-5598, D. N.J.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 53208).
