(April 25, 2016, 3:12 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) issued a notice of approval on April 22 of an amendment to a Tribal-State Class III Gaming Compact allowing the Oglala Sioux Tribe to expand its gambling operations in South Dakota.
