Mealey's (April 25, 2016, 2:35 PM EDT) -- BALTIMORE — Testimony regarding U.S. Navy control over warnings placed on boilers does not warrant federal officer removal of a steelworker’s asbestos-related mesothelioma lawsuit, a federal judge in Maryland held April 20 (Janya Sawyer, et al. v. Union Carbide Corp., et al., No. 16-118, D. Md.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 52750).
