Texas Panel Reverses; Evidence Lacking Regarding Duty Owed By Defendants

(April 25, 2016, 1:21 PM EDT) -- EDINBURG, Texas — A Texas appeals panel on April 21 reversed and remanded a personal injury lawsuit, ruling that the record is devoid of any evidence that would allow a court to conduct an analysis of legal duty owed by the defendants.
