(April 25, 2016, 10:41 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The United States on March 11 issued a submission in an arbitration between a Florida company and the Dominican Republic, offering the United States’ interpretation of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) (Corona Materials LLC v. Dominican Republic, No. ARB[AF]/14/3, ICSID).
