Mealey's (April 22, 2016, 1:31 PM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A federal district court did not err in declining to grant summary judgment in favor of an insurer in a bad faith and breach of contract lawsuit because genuine issues of material fact exist as to whether an insured was entitled to coverage under blanket insurance policies, a federal judge in California ruled April 11 in denying the insurer’s motion for reconsideration of the summary judgment ruling (Donald Holland v.
