Mealey's (June 10, 2015, 10:06 AM EDT) -- MIAMI — The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals recently received briefing on whether the costs incurred in complying with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s employer mandate constitute an injury in light of the mandate’s delayed implementation (Kawa Orthodontics LLP v. Secretary, U.S. Department of the Treasury, et al., No. 14-10296, 11th Cir.).
