Federal Judge Denies Request For $1.2 Million Default In Trademark Case

(April 21, 2016, 2:13 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — Writing that a trademark infringement plaintiff “failed to demonstrate that it is entitled to any of the relief it seeks,” an Illinois federal judge on April 20 denied a request for damages and injunctive relief (Taurus Flavors Inc. v. More Flavors Inc., et al., No. 15-265, N.D. Ill.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 52693).
