Mealey's (April 20, 2016, 2:31 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Two members of an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) tribunal on March 28 disagreed with a party’s assertion that a third arbitrator lacked the ability to exercise independent and impartial judgment (Fabrica De Vidrios Los Andres C.A., et al. v.
