Durom Hip MDL Judge Says Remand Motions Premature While Settlement Is Pending
(April 20, 2016, 8:43 AM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — Opponents of a global settlement of Zimmer Durom metal-on-metal hip lawsuits will have to wait until a May 4 hearing after the multidistrict litigation judge on April 7 denied the motion by opponents to immediately remand their cases (David Foscue, et al. v. Zimmer, Inc., et al., No. 12-7491, D. N.J.).
