(April 20, 2016, 8:29 AM EDT) -- AUSTIN, Texas — Texas’ insurance guaranty association told a Texas court on March 28 that it has no objection to the special deputy liquidator of an insolvent insurer’s disallowance of a policyholder’s claim (The State of Texas and the Texas Department of Insurance v. Vesta Fire Insurance Corporation, et al., No. D-1-GN-002366, Texas Dist., Travis Co.).
