Liquidator Asks For Court’s OK Of $7M Environmental Claims Settlement
(April 20, 2016, 8:27 AM EDT) -- CONCORD, N.H. — The liquidator of an insolvent insurer asked a New Hampshire court on April 11 to approve a $7 million settlement of certain environmental claims from a company’s predecessors’ policies dating back to the 1960s, ‘70s and ‘80s (In the Matter of the Liquidation of The Home Insurance Company, No. 03-E-0106, N.H. Sup., Merrimack Co.).
