(April 19, 2016, 12:25 PM EDT) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A reinsurer told a federal court in Connecticut on April 14 that its reinsurer’s motion for reconsideration of the court’s order that the reinsurer post prepleading security does not meet the standards of reconsideration motions (Select Insurance Company v. Excalibur Reinsurance Corporation, f/k/a PMA Capital Insurance Company, No. 15-cv-00715, D. Conn.).
