(April 18, 2016, 12:14 PM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — The mere presence of the word Jamaica on beer packaging does not suggest an origin there, a federal judge held April 6 (Aaron Dumas and Eugene Buner, et al. v. Diageo PLC and Diageo-Guinness USA Inc., No. 15-1681, S.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 46691).
