(April 15, 2016, 9:28 AM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania federal bankruptcy judge on March 24 ruled that payment of claims under the Chapter 11 reorganization plan for Pittsburgh Corning Corp. (PCC) will be made to holders of record as of April 1 (In re: Pittsburgh Corning Corporation, No. 00-22876, W.D. Pa. Bkcy.).
