(April 14, 2016, 2:29 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The decision in Apple, Inc. v. Samsung Electronics Co. (786 F.3d 983 [Fed. Cir. 2015]) reflects a “profound change in the patent laws,” a maker of loading dock equipment argues in a March 16 reply brief to the U.S. Supreme Court (Systems, Inc. v.
