Ct. 1962 [2014]) regarding the application of laches to a patent infringement case, Medinol Ltd., an Israeli medical device company, argues March 18 in further support of its petition with the U.S. Supreme Court (Medinol Ltd. v. Cordis Corp. and Johnson & Johnson, No. 15-998, U.S. Sup.).
