Domino’s Hit With Overtime Class Complaint

(April 14, 2016, 10:23 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A former pizza chain employee filed a class complaint on April 4 in a New York federal court accusing it and one of its franchisees of forcing thousands of employees to work off the clock, failing to pay overtime wages and then firing workers when they complained (Riad Kucher, et al. v. Domino’s Pizza, Inc., et al., No. 16-2492, S.D. N.Y.).
