Mealey's (April 14, 2016, 9:55 AM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on April 11 declined to certify a class of financial advisers (FAs) suing their employer for failing to pay them overtime wages for hours in excess of 40 per week (In Re Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC Wage and Hour Litigation, No. 11-3121, D.
