Woman Sentenced To 105 Months In Prison, Ordered To Pay $2.9M For Fraud

(April 13, 2016, 3:28 PM EDT) -- DALLAS — A woman who pleaded guilty to one count of health care fraud in connection with her submission of fraudulent claims to Medicaid was sentenced by a federal judge in Texas to 105 months in prison and ordered to pay nearly $3 million in restitution, according to an April 8 electronic docket entry (United States of America v.
