Parties Debate Whether Investors Pleaded Scienter, Misstatement In Securities Suit

(April 13, 2016, 2:02 PM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — Parties in a securities class action lawsuit asked a federal judge in California recently to determine whether shareholders have properly pleaded an actionable misrepresentation or scienter in making their federal securities law claims against a Canadian precious metals streaming company and certain of its current and former officers and directors (In re Silver Wheaton Corp.
