Parties Seek Determination Whether Insurance Broker Is An Interested Party

(April 13, 2016, 11:45 AM EDT) -- CHICAGO — Parties in a declaratory relief suit recently asked a federal judge in Illinois to determine whether a third-party claimant has properly stated a claim for relief in bringing his claims against an insurance broker that issued the insurance policy at issue (Kyler Moje v.
