Georgia Federal Judge Stays Clean Water Act Case Pending Circuit Court Actions

(April 13, 2016, 7:41 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — A Georgia federal judge on March 28 granted an unopposed motion to stay a challenge to the Clean Water Rule pending actions by the Sixth and 11th Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals in parallel cases (Southeastern Legal Foundation, Inc., et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-2488, N.D. Ga., Atlanta Div.).
