Ohio Federal Judge Stays States’ Clean Water Rule Case Pending 6th Circuit Mandate
(April 13, 2016, 7:38 AM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — Ohio federal Judge Edmund A. Sargus Jr. on March 21 stayed a Clean Water Rule lawsuit filed by three states until the court receives a mandate from the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals about whether the higher court has subject matter jurisdiction (The State of Ohio, et al. v. United States Army Corps of Engineers, et al., No. 15-2467, S.D. Ohio, Eastern Div.).
