Washington Federal Judge Tosses Motion To Compel Arbitration In Contract Beef

Mealey's (April 12, 2016, 1:55 PM EDT) -- SEATTLE — A Washington federal judge on April 8 dismissed a direct mail advertising franchisee’s motion to compel arbitration in a breach of contract action over fees allegedly owed (Money Mailer LLC v. Wade G. Brewer, No. C15-1215, W.D. Wash.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 47928).
