(April 12, 2016, 1:25 PM EDT) -- CONCORD, N.H. — An asbestos trust in a March 30 brief tells a New Hampshire court that it has been injured and therefore has standing to object to a liquidator’s reimbursement of a state’s insurance guaranty association’s litigation expenses (In the Matter of the Liquidation of The Home Insurance Company, No. 03-E-0106, N.H. Sup., Merrimack Co.).
