Widow Appeals Ruling That Licensing Agreement Didn’t Create Liability

(April 12, 2016, 12:26 PM EDT) -- MADISON, Wis. — A widow in a multiexposure asbestos case on April 11 indicated that she intends to appeal several rulings dismissing claims against Owens Illinois Inc. related to its licensing of a patent (Janet Pecher, et al. v. Weyerhaeuser Co., et al., No. 14-147, No. 14-219, W.D. Wis.).
