Fracking Company: Discovery Requests Made By Water Company ‘Unduly Burdensome’

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 10:53 AM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH — A hydraulic fracturing company that sued a water treatment services company seeking $7 million for alleged failure to perform its obligations under the parties’ Master Service Agreement (MSA) in a workmanlike manner filed a brief in Pennsylvania federal court May 1 opposing the water treatments facilities’ motion to compel discovery (EQT Production Company v. Terra Services LLC, No. 14-01053, W.D. Pa.).
