(April 12, 2016, 10:50 AM EDT) -- SALEM, Va. — A man’s Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) release contemplated future asbestos-related cancers and bars a subsequent action, a Virginia state judge held March 4 (Alan Barry Cole, et al. v. Norfolk Southern Ry. Co., No. CL-12-137, Va. Cir, Roanoke Co.; 2016 Va. Cir. LEXIS 27).
