Allstate, Medical Provider Dispute Whether Florida Law Provision Is Ambiguous

(April 12, 2016, 8:11 AM EDT) -- TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Allstate Insurance Co. cannot rely on medical care reimbursement limitations authorized by Florida law to reduce its policy payouts to providers because its policy language is ambiguous, a provider argues in a March 8 brief in the Florida Supreme Court (Allstate Insurance Company v. Orthopedic Specialists, No. SC15-2298, Fla. Sup.).
