Institutional Investor Group Named Lead Plaintiff In Securities Class Action
(April 11, 2016, 3:57 PM EDT) -- BOSTON — A federal judge in Massachusetts on March 31 appointed a group of institutional investors as lead plaintiff in a securities class action lawsuit against a drug company and certain of its current and former executive officers, ruling that the group has met all statutory requirements for appointment as lead plaintiff (Arkansas Teacher Retirement System v. Insulet Corp., et al., No. 15-1234, D. Mass.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 43501).
