New Jersey Federal Judge Partially Grants Summary Judgment To Medical Defendants

(April 11, 2016, 12:47 PM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on March 29 partially granted a motion for summary judgment filed by defendants who provided medical care to a prison inmate after determining that the plaintiff’s required affidavit of merit could not be applied to all of the defendants as some of the defendants’ credentials and specialties were different from the credentials of the doctor used in the plaintiff’s affidavit of merit (Susan Endl v.
