Group: Judge Has Ruled On Issues Raised By Federal Agencies In Fracking Dispute

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 10:43 AM EDT) -- LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An environmental watchdog that sued government agencies alleging that they violated federal law when they approved leases for hydraulic fracturing in the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest filed a brief on April 17 in Arkansas federal court, contending that the judge presiding over the case has already ruled on some issues the agencies raise in their motion for summary judgment (Ouachita Watch League v.
