(April 11, 2016, 10:41 AM EDT) -- RALEIGH, N.C. — A law firm must destroy an exhibit only from the file of the asbestos plaintiff in question and may not use unredacted contents in questioning experts in the case, a federal judge in North Carolina clarified March 28 (Larry Winslowe Lee and Susan Provost Lee v. CertainTeed Corp., No. 13-826, E.D. N.C.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 41430).
