Colorado House Rejects Bill Giving Local Governments Control Over Fracking

(April 11, 2016, 10:10 AM EDT) -- DENVER — The Colorado House of Representatives on April 4 voted down a measure that would have given local governments the right to exercise land use authority over oil and gas facilities used in hydraulic fracturing operations.
