After Scolding, Florida, Georgia Select Mediator, Meet On Water Case

Mealey's (April 8, 2016, 3:29 PM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Maine — Three weeks after a U.S. Supreme Court master told them to stop “spinning our wheels” and show “actual progress on mediation,” Florida and Georgia on April 1 reported that they have selected a mediator and begun meeting to resolve their interstate water dispute (State of Florida v. State of Georgia, No. 142, Original, U.S. Sup.).
