Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 10:42 AM EDT) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio — The trustee of a revocable trust that was sued by a hydraulic fracturing company that contends the trust is violating the terms of an oil and gas lease on May 1 moved for dismissal of the company’s lawsuit on grounds that the company violated federal rules pertaining to diversity jurisdiction (Gulfport Energy Corporation v. Donald Morris, No. 15-00635, S.D. Ohio)....
