Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 10:41 AM EDT) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio — A hydraulic fracturing company sued by an Ohio landowner who seeks an injunction and damages for allegations that it violated leasehold and mineral interests related to natural gas extraction operations on April 20 removed the case to federal court (William D. Morris a/k/a Donald Morris, Trustee of the Donald Morris Revocable Trust v. Gulfport Energy Corporation, et al., No. 15-01342, S.D. Ohio).
