Mealey's (April 8, 2016, 12:46 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — A divided panel of the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled April 6 that the Navajo Nation can proceed with its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) seeking immediate return of 303 sets of human remains that the National Park Service (NPS) removed from a sacred site on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona (Navajo Nation v.
