Genentech Herceptin MDL Created, Sent To Judge Kern In Oklahoma

(April 8, 2016, 12:25 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Nine federal lawsuits alleging breach-of-warranty claims against Genentech Inc. for allegedly shorting vials of the breast cancer drug Herceptin were centralized April 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma (In Re: Genentech Herceptin [Trastuzumab] Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2700, JPMDL).
