Judge: Insured Exhausted Administrative Remedies Prior To Bringing Lawsuit
(April 8, 2016, 11:58 AM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — A federal judge in New Jersey on March 29 denied an insurer’s motion to dismiss in an insurance breach of contract suit, ruling that an insured exhausted all administrative remedies prior to bringing his lawsuit against the insurer (Joseph Puzzo v. Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., No. 15-3190, D. N.J.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 40766).
