Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 10:38 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judge in the District of Columbia on April 24 issued a verbal order staying a lawsuit brought by an environmental group against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in which the group contends that the EPA has violated federal law in allowing hydraulic fracturing companies to remain exempt from listing the chemicals used in fracking on the national Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) (Environmental Integrity Project, et al. v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, No. 15-17, D. D.C.)....
