High Court Refuses To Review Decision Ordering Dealership To Bargain With Union

(April 7, 2016, 11:04 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on March 21 denied a petition for writ of certiorari filed by the owner of two car dealerships seeking reversal of a ruling by the District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that it needed to bargain with the union that represented its mechanics after it merged the two dealerships and closed one (Dodge of Naperville, Inc., et al. v. National Labor Relations Board, No. 15-876, U.S. Sup.; 2016 U.S. LEXIS 2109).
