Service Advisers Ask Supreme Court To Uphold Overtime Ruling

(April 7, 2016, 10:58 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals was correct when it found that service advisers, unlike salesmen and mechanics, are not exempt from overtime wages, five service advisers tell the U.S. Supreme Court in a March 30 respondents brief (Encino Motorcars, LLC v. Hector Navarro, et al., No. 15-415, U.S. Sup.).
