Dismissal Of New York ERISA Action Granted, With Leave to Amend

(April 7, 2016, 8:34 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — U.S. Judge Paul G. Gardephe of the Southern District of New York on March 25 dismissed a dispute over high-fee funds as inadequately pleaded but will allow a pro se plaintiff to amend his pleadings (Craig Walker v. Merrill Lynch & Co Inc., et al., No. 15-1959, S.D. N.Y.).
