Mealey's (April 6, 2016, 10:53 AM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, S.C. — A South Carolina federal judge overseeing the Lipitor/diabetes multidistrict litigation on March 30 excluded the causation opinions of three plaintiff experts and limited the opinion of a fourth expert (In Re: Lipitor [Atorvastatin Calcium] Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2502, D. S.C.).
