Maine High Court Affirms Judgment For GM After Trial

(April 5, 2016, 1:40 PM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Maine — The Supreme Judicial Court of Maine on March 31 affirmed a judgment for General Motors LLC following a jury trial over a dispute about auto part pricing (Darling’s Auto Mall v. General Motors LLC, No. Pen-15-82, Maine Sup. Jud.; 2016 Me. LEXIS 49).
